  It's always a 15-20 min wait through the drive through and half the time the food is wrong. The last time I was there, the habanero ranch I got was expired. Horrible service

  Drive-thru. No sausage on my sausage biscuit! Employee got hungry for my food? When I came in later that Tuesday and told them about their mistake, they had a attitude. To be expected of min wage workers in a stressful environment. My understanding of the policy is: not to give refunds but instead to: 1 take down your name, 2 put it into box, 3 wait for the manager who comes to get them 1 time a month, 4 send you a free meal or something in the mail. Its been 5 months later never got anything. So I called them again in case it was the attitude employee or laziness or lack of thinking. Do I need to say they didn't care? Just 1 individual experience, there's more. GO TO BURGER KING.
